Material: High-quality mold steel with high hardness and toughness.

Machining Process: Core components are machined by CNC and slow wire EDM, ensuring cutting edge precision and verticality.

Structural Design: Optimized product structure and cutting arrangement process achieve a scrap rate as low as 1/1000, effectively reducing aluminum chip generation.
