The LK-T63 is a professional and customizable aluminum foil machine, specially designed for manufacturing disposable catering trays with personalized design. It adopts a heavy-duty C-frame structure and 3-cavity standard configuration, focusing on stable production of small and medium-size catering products.
This machine supports high-level customization, which is very practical for catering businesses. Customers can customize tray shape, add brand logo, or make embossed surface on the container. It can work with coated aluminum foil materials to produce colored and food-safe trays, helping users improve product added value and brand recognition.
The machine is compatible with aluminum foil thickness from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm, and performs well with both thin and thick materials. The full automatic line includes decoiler, press, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3-ways stacker. Only one operator is needed, and it can run 24 hours continuously, with output from 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour. The defect rate is only 1/1000, effectively reducing material waste.
The hydraulic quick mold change system allows one worker to finish mold replacement in about 15 minutes, making it convenient to switch between different customized catering tray molds. The lubrication system uses lithium based ester oil for stable running and low abrasion. The safety door stops the machine automatically when opened, ensuring operator safety.
