Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine Stable High Speed Operation

The T63 automatic production line includes: 950/1450 decoiler, T63 press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap suction unit, control cabinet, and 3-cavity stacker. One set of equipment from coil to stacked containers. One operator runs the line.

Average press speed is 50 strokes per minute, maximum 70. Speed comes from solid build and quality components. The press bed is solid plate. Solid bed is heavier, resulting in less vibration at high speed.

Electrical parts: Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, Schneider low voltage parts, Innomotics main motor. Pneumatic: SMC and Airtac.

The machine runs 24/7. Safety door stops the press when opened. Scrap suction removes waste automatically. Stacker counts containers automatically.
