Product Description
Aluminium Food Container Machine Thin & Thick Material Compatible
Machine Overview

LK-T63 is specially designed for 3 cavities mould production. The small and medium size alufoil containers are most suitable on this type. The main body features a "C" frame structure with an oil lubrication system primarily composed of lithium based esters.

The fully automatic press line T63 includes: Decoiler 950/1450 + Press T63 + Mould Lifter Arm + Safety Door + Scrap Aspirator + Control Cabinet + 3 Ways Stacker.

The machine is equipped with safety doors to ensure top operator safety, automatically stopping when the safety door is manually opened during normal production.

The T63 uses a rigid C-frame structure with a solid cast worktable, delivering 63 tons of stable stamping force. This versatility allows running mixed orders: the same machine forms thin airline trays and thick catering containers with consistent precision. Unlike setups requiring manual adjustment for material changes, the T63 accepts foil thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm on the same tooling, with a tolerance of 10 microns for standard containers. This results in fewer torn sheets on thin foil and fewer under-formed rejects on thick material—achieving higher yield without constant tweaking.

Key Features
  • Runs thin and thick materials: Handles foil from 0.025mm to 0.2mm. Thin foil runs without wrinkles or drifting. Thick foil forms with full power. Switch materials without stopping to readjust.
  • Solid tabletop, not hollow: Many presses use hollow tabletops that flex and deform over time, throwing off product dimensions. T63 uses a solid block tabletop for better rigidity and stable accuracy over years of use.
  • One operator, 15-minute mold change: Hydraulic pump system lets one person change molds in 15 minutes. No wrenches, no heavy lifting. Compare to traditional setups that take an hour.
  • Safety door interlock: Machine stops instantly if the safety door opens during production. Standard equipment, not an add-on.
  • Runs 24/7: Designed for continuous operation. No need to stop for cooling or adjustments during long runs.
  • Faults show up on screen: System alarms and displays the problem directly on the touchscreen. Maintenance goes straight to the issue—no step-by-step troubleshooting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What material thickness can this machine handle?
0.025mm to 0.2mm. Both thin and thick foils run on the same machine.
Q: Does thin foil wrinkle during production?
No. The T63 is designed specifically for stable thin-foil running. Feeding and stamping precision keeps thin material flat throughout forming.
Q: How long does mold change take?
15 minutes with one person. The hydraulic pump system eliminates wrenches and manual adjustments.
Q: What is the output per hour?
Average 50 strokes per minute with 3 cavities, roughly 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour.
Q: How many workers are needed?
One. Loading, production, and stacking are all automatic. The operator mainly monitors and handles mold changes.
Q: What happens if the machine breaks down?
It stops automatically and shows the fault on the touchscreen. Maintenance knows exactly where to look.
Q: Is the tabletop solid or hollow?
Solid. Many competitors use hollow tables that deform under pressure over time. Solid tabletop gives better stability and extends mold life.
Q: Can it run 24 hours a day?
Yes. Designed for continuous operation without cooling breaks.
Q: What components are included?
Complete line with decoiler 950/1450, press T63, mould lifter arm, safety doors, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, and 3-station stacker.
Q: What are the power requirements?
380V, 50Hz, 3-phase.
