We manufacture complete aluminum foil container molds in-house, from design to finished tooling. Send us your physical sample or drawing — we measure it free of charge and build the mold to match your exact specifications.

Our molds cover the full range: ordinary wrinkle wall, smooth (wrinkle-free) wall, full edge rolling, folded edge, and reverse edge rolling. Cavity count is customized based on your output requirements — single-cavity for sampling and low volume, multi-cavity for mass production.

These molds are designed to work with our T63, T80, and T130 press lines, and can also be built to fit other brand presses if you provide the machine parameters.

Compatible press models: T63 (63T, C-frame, 3-cavity standard), T80 (80T, H-frame, 4-cavity, better stability), T130 (130T). All support 24-hour continuous operation with one operator.

Q1: Can you really customize from my sample?

Yes. Send us your physical sample. We measure it free of charge and engineer the mold to match wall type, rim style, depth, and cavity count. We confirm all specs with you before cutting steel.

Q2: What wall and edge styles can you produce?

Wrinkle wall and smooth (wrinkle-free) wall. For edges: full edge rolling, folded edge, and reverse edge rolling. Other rim details can be discussed based on your sample.

Q3: Will the mold fit a press from another brand?

Yes. Provide your press model and parameters (shut height, mounting dimensions). We build the mold to fit.

Q4: How many cavities can the mold have?

From single-cavity for sampling or small batches up to multi-cavity for mass production. We recommend cavity count based on your daily volume and press model.

Q5: Can I add my own logo?

Yes. Logo inserts are removable and interchangeable. You can swap different logos without replacing the entire mold.

Q6: Can you do embossing, coating, or printing?

Embossing device is mounted on the feeder. For coated or colored containers, use coated raw material — the coating is safe and color can be customized. Printing unit is available as an optional add-on.

Q7: How long does mold changeover take?

With the hydraulic lift and pump on our press, one worker can complete the changeover in approximately 15 minutes.

Q8: When should I buy the raw material?

After the mold is completed (about one month), we notify you of the final material parameters. Then you can purchase the correct alloy, gauge, and coating.

Q9: What is the defect rate?

Around 1/1,000 on a properly calibrated line. Adjustable press settings help minimize waste and off-spec output.
