The T80 aluminium foil container press features an H-type frame structure with a standard 4-cavity mold configuration, expandable to 6 cavities based on production requirements. Compared to C-type frames, the H-type structure provides greater worktable stability, making it suitable for long-duration high-speed continuous operation.

This model adopts a closed oil circuit design that eliminates the need for lithium-based grease. The oil circuit is sealed from the outside, resulting in a cleaner workshop environment and reduced lubricant consumption costs.

The entire production line operates automatically with just 1 operator. Working speed ranges from 35 to 68 strokes per minute, averaging 50 strokes per minute. A single unit can produce 9,000 to 12,000 containers per hour and supports 24-hour continuous operation.
