Control System: Mitsubishi PLC + Touch Screen + Inverter. The Mitsubishi PLC manages stamping timing, safety interlocks, and feed synchronization. Operators set stroke count, cavity mode, and feed parameters via the Mitsubishi touch screen, available in multiple languages including Chinese, English, and French. The Mitsubishi inverter ensures smooth motor speed control. The system stores parameters for up to 60 mould sets—switching products is as simple as recalling stored settings. In case of faults, the machine stops automatically and displays specific error messages.
Feeding System: Servo Feeding System. Step length and pitch are digitally set on the touch screen, ensuring repeatable accuracy. Changing material thickness or container size requires only parameter adjustments, not mechanical part changes. This precise feeding reduces scrap, maintaining a defect rate of approximately 1/1000.
