Product Description
Aluminium Foil Plate Making Machine 80ton with Safety Door, Mold Lifter & 60 Sets Parameter Storage
Overview

The LK-T80 is an 80-ton aluminium foil plate making machine for continuous production of foil containers, trays, and lunch boxes. From roll stock to finished pieces — feeding, stamping, forming, counting, and stacking — the whole process runs automatically with one operator.

Beyond output, this model focuses on three practical points that matter every day on the shop floor: operator safety, easy mould change, and fast product switchover. These features directly reduce downtime and keep production moving.

Safety Door

The T80 is equipped with a safety door on the working area. During operation, if the door is opened, the machine stops immediately. This protects the operator during feeding, inspection, or clearing jams.

The door is part of a full safety interlock system handled by the PLC. Opening the door triggers an automatic stop, and production only resumes after the door is properly closed and confirmed.

Mold Lifter

The machine is equipped with a mould lifting device to assist with mould change on the press. Combined with hydraulic worktable adjustment, it simplifies the process so one worker can complete a changeover in about 15 minutes without wrench operation. This reduces reliance on additional tools and extra personnel.

60 Sets Parameter Storage

Each container product has its own running parameters — stroke settings, feed step, cavity mode, speed, and so on. The T80 control system stores up to 60 sets of mould parameters.

When switching products, the operator selects the saved set from the touch screen and the machine adjusts automatically. There is no need to re-set everything by hand or write down numbers on paper. For a factory running multiple container sizes, this saves a significant amount of changeover time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How does the safety door work?
The safety door is interlocked with the PLC. During operation, if someone opens the door, the machine stops immediately. It protects the operator during feeding, inspection, or when clearing a jam. The door must be closed and confirmed before the machine resumes.
Q2: Is the safety door just a cover?
No. It is part of the machine's safety circuit — opening it triggers an automatic stop. It cannot be removed without affecting operation.
Q3: What does the mould lifting device do?
It assists with mould change directly on the press. Combined with hydraulic worktable adjustment, it simplifies the process so one worker can complete the changeover in about 15 minutes without wrench operation.
Q4: How long does it take to change a mould?
About 15 minutes. One worker handles the full process — remove the old mould, install the new one, and call up the stored parameters.
Q5: Do I need extra equipment or people to change moulds?
No. The device is built into the machine. One operator completes the changeover independently.
Q6: What does "60 sets parameter storage" mean?
The control system can store running parameters for up to 60 different moulds — stroke, feed step, cavity mode, speed, etc. When switching to a previously run product, select its set on the touch screen and the machine reconfigures automatically.
Q7: Do I still need to adjust anything after recalling a stored parameter set?
The main settings are applied automatically. A short trial run may be needed to fine-tune for material batch variation, but major parameters are already loaded. Much faster than setting up from scratch.
Q8: How does the machine handle faults during production?
If an abnormality occurs, the machine stops automatically and displays the specific fault on the touch screen — such as material run-out, low air pressure, or safety door open. The operator can identify and fix the issue without guessing.
Q9: What is the noise level and how should the machine be positioned?
Maximum noise at the front is about 105 dB; at 50 metres around 70 dB. Recommend placing away from office and residential areas.
Q10: Can the machine run 24 hours a day?
Yes. It is built for continuous production. Many customers run it around the clock with one operator per shift.
