The LK-T80 is an 80-ton aluminium foil container making machine that forms disposable foil containers, lunch boxes, and takeaway trays from aluminium coil in one continuous process. All operations—feeding, stamping, forming, counting, and stacking—are fully automatic.

Driven by a 26 KW INDRIVE motor and controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen interface, this machine operates at 35-70 strokes per minute with 4 cavities (depending on container size and mould design). Output ranges from 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour based on container specifications.

Complete Production Line

A fully automatic aluminium foil container production line consists of five integrated units:

  • Decoiler: Uncoils and levels aluminium coil, providing steady feed to the press
