| Brand Name: | LIKEE |
| Model Number: | LK-T63 |
The LK-T63 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container making machine equipped with servo foil feeding and automatic safety doors. The press body uses a C-frame structure on a 63-ton press, and the lubrication system runs on lithium-based esters.
Foil feeding is electronically controlled by a servo motor, and the feeder level is adjustable from 150 mm to 300 mm above the workplate. Working areas are covered by safety doors: if a door is opened by hand during normal production, the machine stops automatically.
The line is supplied as a complete set: 950/1450 decoiler, T63 press, mould lifter arm, safety doors, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3-way stacker. Containers produced on the line are used for restaurant takeaway, catering, bakery and food packing.

Q: Can the machine stop if the safety door is opened while it is running?
A: Yes. Working areas are covered by safety doors, and if a door is opened by hand during normal production, the machine stops automatically. The fault is displayed on the touch screen.
Q: What does servo foil feeding change on this line?
A: Foil feeding is electronically controlled by a servo motor, and the feeder level is adjustable from 150 mm to 300 mm above the workplate. Maximum foil passage width is 950 mm.
Q: Is the safety door an optional extra?
A: No. Safety doors come with the standard line, which also carries the 950/1450 decoiler, the T63 press, the mould lifter arm, the scrap aspirator, the control cabinet and the 3-way stacker.
Q: How many containers can it produce per minute?
A: Three containers leave the press in each stroke, and speed is settable from 35 to 70 strokes per minute. At its highest setting the theoretical output is 210 containers per minute, and 105 at the lowest setting. Where the real figure lands follows container size, foil thickness, mould condition and operating practice.
Q: What foil width does the feeder take?
A: The feeder accepts foil up to 950 mm wide, with the decoiler available in 950 or 1450 versions. Thickness is matched to the container size and wall type running on the mould.
Q: What press tonnage and installed power does the line need?
A: The line is built on a 63-ton press with 19.8 KW of installed power and a 240 mm fixed stroke. A Mitsubishi PLC runs the control system, the main motor is ABB, and low voltage components come from Schneider.
Q: How quickly can the mould be changed?
A: The platform lifting arm loads the mould, and a quick mould changing device is fitted. Up to 60 sets of mould parameters stay in the control system, so repeat jobs are recalled from the panel. Changeover time depends on mould size and operator experience.
Q: Which container types run on this press?
A: Small and medium aluminum foil containers, in square, round or irregular shapes set by the mould. Wrinkle wall and smooth wall moulds both run on the same press.
Q: What support is provided after delivery?
A: Overseas installation is arranged by LIKEE, and pre-sales and after-sales support is provided across the aluminum foil container project.
