Product Overview

The LK-T80 press line is specially designed and developed for multiple-cavity mould production, with a capacity of 4 to 6 cavities. Its main body features an 80-ton "H" frame structure, delivering better stability and a longer workbench service life — built for high-stability continuous production of aluminium foil food containers.

The oil lubrication system uses a closed (enclosed) circuit for cleaner production and more efficient lubricant use. The platform is equipped with a mould lifter arm, making mould loading and unloading convenient and fast.

The complete line runs with just one worker: servo foil feeding, 4–6 cavity stamping, scrap recycling, automatic counting and stacking — all under Mitsubishi PLC control, 24 hours a day.
