The Pop Up WAX Paper Folding Machine converts jumbo rolls of wax paper and one-side silicone paper into V-fold pop-up sheets that dispense one at a time. It runs material from 30 to 60 gsm, unwinding rolls up to Φ800 mm in diameter and 930 mm wide on standard 76 mm (3") cores, then cross-folds the web into an interlocking stack and cuts every sheet to length in a single pass.
One slitting row produces 250-400 sheets per minute, and the total output scales with the number of rows specified for your line. The finished sheet opens to 270 mm, folds down to 135 mm, and can be slit to any width from 100 mm to 950 mm.
Cut-off is available in serrated or straight edge, so the same machine serves different pack formats and market preferences. A 7-inch touch screen manages the Roots fan, main motor, tension control and discharge conveyor from a single panel.
V-fold cross folding is what decides how the pack behaves in your customer's hands. The sequence runs in four stages:
The jumbo roll is unwound with a dedicated 2 kW tension motor holding the web steady. Stable tension is the precondition for a fold that stays square at the speeds this line runs.
The web is cross-folded into interlocking V-fold stacks. An 11 kW Roots fan supplies vacuum suction during folding, which keeps light, slippery silicone paper aligned instead of drifting sideways. This is the stage where silicone paper, in particular, is either handled well or not at all.
Sheets are cut to the set length by a serrated or straight knife. Piercing the fold, rather than cutting the sheet free, is what leaves the sheets attached to one another in the stack and produces the pop-up effect.
Finished sheets are counted and delivered on the discharge conveyor in a stack that is ready for downstream cartoning.
Sheets interlock into a stack so a user pulls one and the next lifts into place, matching the dispensing format of retail wax paper and baking paper packs.
Material from 30 to 60 gsm runs on the same machine. Switching material does not require a second machine.
Both edge styles are available, and the two can be switched between orders and markets.
Unfolded length is 270 mm as standard, folded length 135 mm, and the slitting width is adjustable within 950 mm. Other unfolded sizes are built to your pack requirement.
Rolls up to Φ800 mm in diameter and 930 mm wide, on standard 76 mm (3") cores, which reduces roll change frequency on long runs.
250-400 sheets per minute per slitting row. Capacity is planned through the number of rows, not by moving to a larger machine.
A 7-inch touch screen covers the Roots fan, main motor, tension control and discharge conveyor, so size changes and daily operation happen in one place.
11 kW Roots fan, 4 kW main motor, 2 kW tension motor and the discharge conveyor arrive as one matched configuration.

Send the sheet size printed on your retail pack and the material you plan to run. The line is configured around those two inputs.
Used across food service for wrapping and lining: sandwich and burger wrap, deli sheet packs, food prep and kitchen tray liners. The pop-up format lets staff take one sheet without handling the rest.
Used for baking, oven lining and pastry work in home and commercial kitchens. The non-stick face is the working surface, and the pop-up stack keeps sheets flat and separated between uses.
The machine sits in a paper converting line after unwinding and before cartoning, and its discharge conveyor stacks sheets in a form that downstream packing equipment can pick up.

The machine is built and exported directly by the manufacturer. Buyers get factory-direct pricing, sheet size and cut-off configured to their retail pack, and support covering a single machine or a complete converting line.
The factory is a national high-tech enterprise certified to CE, SGS, ISO9001 and ISO14001, holds a 3A credit rating, and brings 15 years of export experience to the service scope: pre-shipment inspection, installation guidance, spare parts supply and after-sales response.
Wax paper and one-side silicone paper from 30 to 60 gsm. Both run on the same line, so switching material for a new order does not require a second machine.
The web is cross-folded into an interlocking V-fold stack and the fold is pierced rather than cut free, so the sheets stay connected. A user pulls the top sheet and the next one lifts into position, which is the format used in retail wax paper and baking paper packs.
Unfolded length is 270 mm as standard and folded length is 135 mm, with slitting width adjustable within 950 mm. Other unfolded sizes are built to your pack requirement.
Yes. Cut-off can be set to serrated or straight edge, and the two styles can be switched between orders and market preferences.
One slitting row runs 250-400 sheets per minute. Total output is that figure multiplied by the number of slitting rows, so a target output is matched by specifying the row count.
Settings and monitoring are handled on a 7-inch touch screen covering the Roots fan, main motor, tension control and discharge conveyor. Size changes and daily running happen from that one panel, so a single operator covers normal production.
380 V, 50 Hz, 3PH+N+E. Air pressure 0.5-0.8 MPa at 300 L/min. Installed power is 11 kW for the Roots fan, 4 kW main motor, 2 kW tension motor and 400 W discharge conveyor.
That is what the vacuum suction stage is for. The Roots fan holds the web against the folding path, which keeps light silicone paper aligned rather than drifting during folding.
