Pop Up Wax Paper Folding Machine, 250–400 Sheets per Minute

The LKWP-980 is a pop-up wax paper folding machine. It folds wax paper or one-sided silicone paper into interleaved sheets at 250 to 400 sheets per minute on a single row, and slits the web to the finished width within a 950 mm range. Standard sheet length is 270 mm unfolded and 135 mm folded; other sheet lengths are made to order.

Paper unwinds from a 76 mm core roll of up to 800 mm diameter and 930 mm width. The web is slit to the required width, folded in a V-fold cross pattern so each sheet overlaps the next one, and cut with a serrated or straight edge. Sheets leave the machine on the discharge conveyor. A Roots fan unit and the discharge conveyor are part of the standard configuration, and the machine is set up from a 7-inch touch screen.

The LKWP-980 suits converters and food service suppliers who pack wax paper sheets for sandwich wrap, deli sheets and bakery liners. Sheet length and slitting width are both customizable, so one machine platform can cover several sheet sizes.
