Pop Up Wax Paper Folding Machine, V-Fold Cross Folding Continuous Extraction

The LKWP-980 is a pop up wax paper folding machine that folds wax paper or one-sided silicone paper into interleaved sheets. Sheets are folded in a V-fold cross pattern and stacked in continuous extraction order: pulling one sheet lifts the next one, so staff at a counter or on a tray line take a single sheet without separating a stack.

Standard finished sheet is 270 mm unfolded and 135 mm folded, and finished width is slit within a 950 mm range from a roll up to 930 mm wide. Paper runs from a 76 mm core at 30 to 60 gsm. One row folds 250 to 400 sheets per minute, and total output multiplies by the number of slitting rows. Serrated or straight cut-off is set by tooling change, and the machine is controlled from a 7-inch touch screen.

The machine suits converters and food service suppliers who pack wax paper sheets for sandwich wrap, deli sheets and bakery liners. Sheet length and slitting width are both customizable, so one machine platform covers several sheet sizes.
